However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

– registered priority shipping: 5-10 days; 9-10 USD
– FedEx: 1-5 days (depending on the urgency); 25-50 USD.

Return the items
The customer has the right to send the item back after delivery. All costs in that case has to be covered by the customer, but the price of the product will be refunded, but only in the case of undamaged packaging. In case of resending, for a faster administration, please give your name, bank account, telephone number and if possible the order number.
